ROLE

Head of Product Design

Project planning and budgeting, Client liason, Full design process from inception through to delivery and implimentation on the WIX platform.

Original home page - January 2023

The website was very long and over-complicated with a lot of duplicate information. This made the user journey very slow and at time confusing.

My brief was to modify the current website to create a leaner, trimmed down version which supports the journey, without overwhelming users with information and decisions.

Once approved, I was too action the changes directly on the clients website hosted on Wix.

The client did not have a large budget so this was to be a short project of the curernt website, rather than creating a new site.

Understanding the problem

I conducted a workshop with the founders Ellen Van Neste and Edgar Goossens.

The goal was to map and agree upon the desired customer journey, understand what was really important and of interest to customers. Then turn this into a more direct and trimmed down product.

Problem

Goal

Website users needs socially conscious gift boxes to send as gifts to clients because they want to build relationships with clients while also reinforcing their company's green credentials.

BeKind website will let users view gift boxes and request quotations which will affect business customers in charge of client / employee relations.

This will be achieved by clear and concise information delivery and an instant quotation process.

We will measure effectiveness by the number of quotations provided, and the number of quotations leading to orders.
